Do you accept returns?

- Due to the unique nature of our metaphysical products, certain crystals and spiritual items may be final sale (this will be clearly noted in the product description).
Eligible returns:
- Most crystals, bracelets, and necklaces may be returned within 30 days of delivery (extended to 60 days during holiday seasons for gift flexibility), unless excluded in the product details or purchased during a promotion.
Final sale items (non-returnable):
- Earrings, bath/body products, sprays/mists, candles, and ritual tools (e.g., sage bundles, incense, resins).

- The reason for the return or exchange.
