Do you accept returns?

It depends.

  • All sale items or products marked "final sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Due to the unique nature of our metaphysical products, certain crystals and spiritual items may be final sale (this will be clearly noted in the product description).

Eligible returns:

  • Most crystals, bracelets, and necklaces may be returned within 30 days of delivery (extended to 60 days during holiday seasons for gift flexibility), unless excluded in the product details or purchased during a promotion.

Final sale items (non-returnable):

  • Earrings, bath/body products, sprays/mists, candles, and ritual tools (e.g., sage bundles, incense, resins).

How to request a return

To request a return or exchange, please contact us at support@luckany.com with the following information:

  • Your order number.
  • The reason for the return or exchange.

Once we receive your request, we will provide detailed instructions on how to return the item.

Additional notes

  • Return shipping fees are typically the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect items), which are non-refundable.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund or issue a partial refund if the returned item does not meet the return criteria (e.g., used, damaged, or missing packaging).
